2018

I was one of the lucky ones that managed to sign up for Kara's (at Boho Berry) first ever Bohoberry Box, and received a copy of Lisa Jacobs, Your Best Year as a free gift. Let me tell you the book makes you take a serious look at things and helps you plan out ways to make any changes you'd like.

After some serious reflection I have set my goals for 2018. No new year new me kind of goals, more along the lines of smoothing out my rough edges and refining my life to better live the kind of life I want. Home, health and hobbies are my focus.

Home for me includes both Financial and Relational. Building a solid foundation financially is one of my main goals this year. Relational I'd like to rebuild some old friendships and strengthen new ones.

Health includes Spiritual, Mental, and Physical. Spiritually, I plan to attend church on a more regular bases and start a daily devotional. Mentally, I plan to get myself more organized with a routine and meditating daily. Physically I am going to get my tush back in gear and work towards being able to run a 5k before the end of the year.

As far as hobbies go, I'd like to get back into some card making and start cross stitching again. Who knows maybe even get back into candle making, soap making and what not. I'll definitely be blogging on regular schedule and am kicking around the idea of starting a YouTube channel. So stick around.

I'll be using my bujo to keep myself focused and on task. This year I have chosen a Leuchtrum 1917 in berry and decorated it with a lovely Rainbow  Brite decal.

I'm an 80's baby.
In additional to my bujo I will be using this homemade TN insert to track my progress toward running my 5k and weight loss.

  1. This is really cool!
I don’t know if I have time to start a BUJO this year or not. I’ve barely managed to get my day runner up and going. LOL

  2. Is the “Best Year” a book to read? Or a journal to fill out?

  3. It is a workbook. You read some, you write some. She offers a work and personal edition. Some people of choose not to write in theirs. I of course wrote all over mine.
